1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AI SYSTEM ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through this website, the AI SYSTEM member area and any related emails or support channels.
Payments for AI SYSTEM are processed by our authorised reseller and gateway, Explodely LLC, 1317 Edgewater Drive Suite #4648, Orlando FL, 32804, United States. Explodely is the merchant of record for your purchase and acts as an independent data controller for the billing data it collects. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
If you have any question about this policy, write to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account data — name, email address and the password you set when you activate your access.
- Order data — the product purchased, order number, purchase date and country. Card numbers are never sent to us: they are captured and stored by Explodely and its payment processors.
- Profile and usage choices — the niche you select, the machines you activate and the affiliate IDs you enter so they can be embedded in your content and landing pages.
- Support data — anything you include in an email, ticket or form when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic and attribute sales to the affiliate who referred you.
Information from third parties
- Order confirmations, refunds and chargeback notices from Explodely.
- Aggregated click and conversion statistics from affiliate networks and the social platforms you post to.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data such as health, biometric, racial, religious or political information, and we ask you not to send it to us.
3. How we use your information
- To create your account and give you access to what you bought.
- To deliver your daily content, landing pages and affiliate link embedding.
- To process orders, refunds and the 60-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
- To provide customer support and answer the questions you send us.
- To send service messages (receipts, login details, security and billing notices). These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account.
- To send marketing emails about our products and related offers, where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
- To measure performance, detect fraud and abuse, debug problems and improve the product.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
4. Cookies and tracking
We use three kinds of cookies:
- Essential — sign-in sessions, security and load balancing. The site does not work without them.
- Analytics — anonymous or pseudonymous statistics about which pages are visited and how the product is used.
- Affiliate and advertising — used to attribute a sale to the affiliate or campaign that referred you, and to measure advertising performance.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no common industry standard for them.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Explodely LLC — payment processing, invoicing, refunds and order support.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to serve the website and the member area.
- Email service providers — to send receipts, account notices and newsletters.
- Analytics and anti-fraud providers — to measure traffic and block abuse.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If the business is sold or merged, account data may transfer to the acquirer, who will remain bound by this policy until it is replaced.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Account data — for as long as your account is active, then up to 24 months after it is closed.
- Order and tax records — for the period required by law, normally 7 years.
- Support messages — up to 24 months after the ticket is closed.
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls limited to staff who need them, and regular patching of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we hold data about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete data we no longer need to keep.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email with one click.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10. Children
AI SYSTEM is sold to adults only. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party sites
This site links to platforms we do not control, including Explodely, Pinterest, X (Twitter), YouTube and the merchants behind the affiliate offers you promote. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them information. See our Disclaimer for more.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here and the "last updated" date at the top changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email.
